Technical Description

The ELFO jumper system complies to API17F, and all production and qualifications are based on years of experience with subsea distribution systems. With hoses in sizes of 13mm and 20mm all terminated to standard MKII fitting assemblies we can configure a large number of variants for your specific needs.

The Reinforced hose consist of SBR liner with NBR/PVC cover material. Fitting assemblies, splitboxes and adapters are made in Super duplex. The product will be fully configured to your needs in length, number of legs and connected components.

During production all sealing interfaces will be leak tested before product is pressurizied with high quality silicone oil to specified pressure. Before delivery the product will be tested in accordance to ELFO standard FAT procedure or in accordance to your specific requirements

Technical Description

EPC is divided in several process steps, and starts with a thorough review of contract commercial and technical requirements. During three phases of engineering we flow down your requirements and release all manufacturing documentation. Pre-production meeting is held to secure the quality of both materials and documentation, and that all design verifications and qualifications are passed and accepted. All manufacturing and assembly steps are controlled through the production line, and a Factory Acceptance Test and Final Inspection is performed before delivery. A full documentation package will be delivered with the equipment. All documents and inspection/test activities are controlled by customer approved documents (SMDL, ITP, MRB Index)
