ELFO has developed two streamlined processes for project management. One process for “built to print” projects where we produce and deliver in accordance to your detailed manufacturing documents and drawings. The other is “built to spec” and includes engineering and design verification. We call it EPC project, and is tailored to your needs. Typical project tasks includes work from feasibility and concept to commissioning, maintenance and obsolescence management.

EPC is divided in several process steps, and starts with a thorough review of contract commercial and technical requirements. During three phases of engineering we flow down your requirements and release all manufacturing documentation. Pre-production meeting is held to secure the quality of both materials and documentation, and that all design verifications and qualifications are passed and accepted. All manufacturing and assembly steps are controlled through the production line, and a Factory Acceptance Test and Final Inspection is performed before delivery. A full documentation package will be delivered with the equipment. All documents and inspection/test activities are controlled by customer approved documents (SMDL, ITP, MRB Index)
